Where is Physio Zone located?

Our clinic is at Kengeri Ring Rd, Jnanabharathi Extension, Subash Nagar, Kengeri Satellite Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060 (Google plus code WFFM+CV). We also visit homes across Bengaluru. See our contact page for a map.

Do you only treat patients near the clinic?

No. Patients come to our clinic from across Bengaluru, we offer home visits city-wide, and online video consultations work wherever you are.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, 10am to 12pm and 5pm to 9pm. We’re closed on Sundays.

How do I book an appointment?

How much does physiotherapy cost?

A clinic appointment is ₹499, a home visit is ₹1,499 and an online video consultation is ₹299 per session. Please confirm the current fee when you book.

Where else does Dr. Babu consult?

Besides the Physio Zone clinic, Dr. Babu also consults at Sanyra Hospital and Aradhana Hospital in Kengeri Satellite Town, and at Ram Hospital. Call us to check his days there. See where he consults.

Who will treat me?

Treatment is led by Dr. Yadenthira Babu, PT (Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, 2001), a consultant chief physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience (registration no. 8585).

Do you offer home physiotherapy?

Yes, anywhere in Bengaluru. Our physiotherapist brings mobile equipment such as ultrasound, TENS, laser and electrical muscle stimulation. Read more about home physiotherapy.

Can I consult online?

Yes. We offer online video consultations over WhatsApp or Zoom for advice, exercise reviews and follow-ups. Some conditions need an in-person examination, and we’ll tell you if so.

What is VR rehabilitation?

It’s physiotherapy where some of your exercises are done as guided tasks in virtual reality, with your physiotherapist beside you. It can make exercise more engaging and helps us track your progress. Read more about VR rehabilitation.

What conditions do you treat?

We offer VR rehabilitation along with orthopedic and sports, cardiothoracic, neurological, geriatric, pediatric and corporate physiotherapy. See all services.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring any scans, X-ray or MRI reports, discharge summaries and prescriptions related to your problem, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
